Bachan’s is the original Japanese Barbecue Sauce, made using a multi-generational family recipe. We use authentic ingredients like non-GMO soy sauce, organic ginger, organic garlic, and green onion, and we never use preservatives or artificial flavors.
Does Bachan’s need to be refrigerated?
Yes, because we do not use any artificial preservatives, we recommend refrigerating your sauce after opening to maintain its fresh, authentic flavor.
Are your products gluten-free or vegan?
We offer a Gluten-Free version of our original sauce that uses tamari instead of traditional soy sauce. All of our core sauces are vegan-friendly as we do not use animal-derived ingredients.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy if I don't like the sauce?
Since our products are food items, we cannot accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact our support team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Where can I find the expiration date on my bottle?
The 'Best By' date is printed clearly on the neck or shoulder of every bottle. When stored properly and refrigerated after opening, the sauce remains delicious until that date.
